👋 Hello everyone,

Last week, predoctoral student Laura Andrea Cabrera Villamizar from Instituto de Agroquímica y Tecnología de Alimentos IATA CSIC presented part of her work in a talk coordinated by Uniandinos – Oficial as part of Environment and Sustainability Month ♻️. Together with Yván David Hernández Charpak, they discussed the different alternatives for valorizing agro-industrial waste 🌎 ⚗️ and its potential as a raw material 🏭.
